Frontage, Dorridge station Dorridge station is seen from Station Approach. The station was opened in 1852 by the Great Western Railway. It had a very nice GW feel and had a very impressive and beautifully restored waiting room. The only thing that was missing were the station canopies that were probably removed by British Railways in the 1960s.
