have no idea why it was sitting in this position all day (according to RTT). I find Manchester Victoria a station just too busy, frenetic and one that has a very dismal atmosphere with very dingy and dark platforms. The exceptions are platforms one (seen here) and platform two that are slightly away from the through platforms.
