By the side of the entrance road to Toton depot

was a small flat-roofed building that I climbed on to. This provided me with a superb vantage point where I spent some time taking pictures. 56058 comes off the depot ready for its next job. Prominent in the background to the left is the famous 'Toton bank'. This fabled spot is still accessed today by many photographers providing an impressive vista of the depot and roads.
