It is seen passing a field of harvested oilseed rape that is awaiting ploughing before sowing of next summer's wheat. The class 350 Desiros have been the mainstay of local services on the southern WCML since there introduction in 2007. Some twelve years later, the 350 2XX series is due to come off lease in the next few months to be replaced by the former TPE 3504XXs and the suburban class 730s.
