142071 enters platform two at Hatfield and Stainforth station with

the 16.15 Doncaster to Hull Northern service. The Pacer still carries its Northern Trains livery with no new branding having been applied. With the first Pacers now having been withdrawn, and the rest having to be out of service in the next five months, it is likely that there will be no costly vinyls produced for these ridiculed and un-loved units that have been in operation longer than the first generation DMUs that they replaced!
