I took this train to its destination deep under London's streets. On arrival at Moorgate I was hoping to simply touch in on my Oyster card and get a Northern Line service to London Bridge. But, for some reason, the machines at platform level were all out of use so I had to ascend to concourse level pass the gateline with my NR ticket and then touch back in again on my Oyster to then descend to platform level again.....a little silly!
