I took 717005, that was working the 13.28 Welwyn Garden City to Moorgate, from Potters Bar to Hadley Wood. With that kind of new train/car smell, the ambiance inside these units was good. Once again, the seats were far from comfortable appearing to be identical to those in the class 700s; lucky I was only on the train for five minutes.
