Looking absolutely superb in its new LNER livery, 800113 passes Barnby Lane level crossing in the village of Claypole on the up fast line. This train was the return press launch service that worked as the 13.45 Leeds to King`s Cross, interestingly as 1A33 even though it was, in fact, an additional service that should have had a 1Z** designation. Either way, videos and reports of the experience from those dignitaries and the press on-board were favourable; let's hope that the general fare-paying public feel the same once the trains enter service the following day.
