91106, GR 10.33 London King`s Cross-Leeds (1D10, RT), Grantham station Mike and I took a break at Grantham station buying a much-needed coffee from the platform located Costa (other baristas are available!). Whilst we sat and enjoyed our coffee, 91106 arrived with the 10.33 King's Cross to Leeds. I was pleased to see that common sense has prevailed at Grantham since my last visit and that the gate lines have been removed allowing access to the platforms without having to explain the purpose of our visit to staff. We were also surprised and pleased to see that there were a number of free one-hour wait parking spaces just outside of the station entrance.
