This was our train back to Wellingborough. My wife commented at how much nicer the seats were on this East Midlands train than on our more usual London Northwestern class 350. Apart from the vibration and noise from the under-carriage Cummins engines, the ambiance was better in the Meridians but the ride was a bit jittery on some of the Midland mainline track work.
