Boughton signal box The Northampton and Lamport Railway's extension south to Boughton is all but finished. The signal box and signalling is all in place but no trains can run until extensive work takes place on bridge 11. This work is due to take place over the coming few months with the temporary diversion of the Brampton Way off the bridge and over a river footbridge below it.
