Through the daffodils (Narcissus) can just be seen the iron

railings that led down the steps to the former Filey Holiday Camp station. At the bottom of the slope the land flattens out and this was where the purpose-built station building was situated along with a large open area for the holiday makers to wait to be taken into the holiday camp that was a short distance away under the A165 main road.
