APT-P & 252001, test run, Crewe station Whilst waiting for our return train to leave Crewe, this unusual working passed through the station. Out of sight at the front was 47199 towing various test coaches and one of the APT-P cars. Then, on the rear was one of the prototype HST power cars part of set 252001. Unfortunately, I do not have the actual number of the power car as to whether it was 41001 or 41002, but, I suspect the former. Keywords: APT-P 252001 Crewe station
