I always find it quite extraordinary watching the workers at 'work' with the amount of time spent standing around, usually on their mobile 'phones, is extraordinary! This image is a good example. How many staff are there in this image and how many are actually doing anything? No wonder that there is so much disruption on the railways due to 'engineering works'!
