66007 leads the 02.19 Peak Forest to Bletchley aggregates train

past the site of Roade station on a misty October morning just as the sun was beginning to come through. Notice the grab-bags of material next to the access gates on the right, yet another example of the expense wasted by the mis-managment of infrastructure planners. These particular bags had been here for months with weeds growing in them. Not only are they terrifically wasteful but also visually blight the railways.
