The early spring sunshine catches the side of 390129 'City of Stoke-on-Trent' sweeps around of series of reverse curves at Weedon in Northamptonshire. The Pendolino is forming the 11.00 Euston to Manchester Piccadilly and its tilting mechanism will be in full action on this section of line to avoid the cappuccinos and skinny flat whites being spilt! Notice the strange area of exposed soil in the field behind the train. This was where contractors who were involved in the building of the bridge and bypass had one of their 'camps' and its associated access road. This will soon become part of the field again with no reference to them ever being there.
