Kidwelly signal box (BR, 1950s) Sounding like a Flanders and Swan song, the delightfully named Kidwelly signal box is not an attractive structure. However, looks can be deceiving as the base, even though it's been rendered is in fact the original 1885 GWR structure. The top and pitched flat roof were added by BR in 1950.
