to Newbury. I took this service all the way following my visit to the 'new' Reading station. I found the station very busy but with all the new concrete and slabs it seemed a little too sanitised. However, the public spaces are large with Network Rail and the architects appearing to make a real effort to future-proof the station in terms of it being able to manage increased passenger numbers.
