I selected this spot at Hyde Road bridge in Roade

as I thought that this working would only be the two locomotives and a support coach that would have fitted in the frame. However, it was in fact a fairly lengthy set of stock being towed as the 09.44 Southall to Carnforth. Running as 5Z21 it was being hauled by 37516 'Loch Laidon' and Black 5 4-6-0 44781 of which the latter was clearly in steam and adorned with some festive tinsel.
