I was determined to get! I wanted a picture of our train, the Pennine Explorer, with no other people spoiling the view. We had a crew change at Crewe so I positioned myself in the front vestibule and with the camera all ready, when we came to a halt, I dashed up to the front and got this picture of 40024 leading the train. A friend of mine held the door of the coach open. The railtour steward rushing along the platform made his views clear as he shouted up the platform to me!
