When visiting the works this was the route taken by

many an enthusiast. The walk from the station took a while but once you got under the railway in Rodbourne Road you knew that you were nearly there! Just to the right was the old entrance where you would 'check in' with your pass and await your tour with a heightened sense of excitement!
