142603 and a class 150 has just emerged from Parsons

Tunnel on the sea wall in south Devon. It is working the 14.24 Exmouth to Paignton service. I find it a constant surprise that Network Rail have yet to install the dreaded palisade fencing along the top of the wall. The lengths that they go to in some locations that are far less vulnerable that this, for example the WCML around Shap, when compared to this stretch seems to make no sense. I would love to have a look at their risk assessment! Mind you, I am not complaining, and long may it stay like this for all to enjoy.
