to Sudbury. Bures is located on the rote that Greater Anglia markets as the Gainsborough Line. It used to have a large station building situated where the first lamp post is. Looking at contemporary pictures of the building, it's clear that the small wooden waiting shelter in the foreground is the only remaining part of the building that has survived.
