With Northern having reinstated some its services on the Windermere

Branch a couple of weeks earlier, 156471 and 153328 enter Kendal station forming the 16.24 Oxenholme to Windermere. As can be seen in this picture, the fine and sunny weather of the previous few days had given way to cloudy but very humid conditions.
