The rusting hulk of the former car loading ramp on

Stranraer Pier. There was once a Motorail terminal at Stranraer and this was where the cars were driven on and off the carriers. Indeed, I have a picture taken in 1984 of a double deck car carrier in the siding full of vehicles.
