Quite a collection on-display at the DRS Open day at
Gresty Bridge. Just tucking into the far left is 88002 'Prometheus' being blocked in by 57007. Close observation reveals that the 57 has a nameplate attached covered with black plastic. Later in the afternoon, it was named 'John Scott 12.5.45-22.5.12' in memory of a former Kingmoor fitter and career railway engineer who worked for DRS. To the right of this image is observation carriage 975025 'Caroline' with 37424/37558 'Avro Vulcan XH558'.
