This working is double-headed by 66014 and 90028. Close examination of the image reveals that the pantograph on the class 90 is lowered so it was not under-power. It could have failed or it could simply be a logistical locomotive move? Further study also shows my shadow over the bridge of the parapet right down in the left hand corner.
