66707 'Sir Sam Fay' hauls the extremely long 10.29 Felixstowe to Birch Coppice Freightliner. It is seen passing Egleton, near to Oakham, from a public Crossing. Sir Sam Fay (1856-1953) was a career railwayman who became the General manager of the Great Central Railway in 1902. This, in attempt to rescue it from a precarious financial position. He very nearly completed this task by introducing a number of initiatives many of which remain today such as season tickets.
