Just an observation.....has anybody ever studied track gangs in action? More of them seem to be on their mobile 'phones discussing something or other of great importance no doubt rather than actually doing something! Next time that you are in a position to watch a group.....look to see if you can see what I am talking about! I can note two people in this image on their 'phones.
