Was this an experimental design or just an error of some kind, I suspect the latter! 47131 is seen bringing a parcels working into Swindon station. Note the first van behind the locomotive appears to be an ex. GWR Siphon 'G'. 47131, was new in 1966 and, apart from a brief spell on the Midland, was a West Country engine until withdrawn in 1988.
